Job summary

Gateway CSB PEO LLC is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead enterprise technology strategy, governance, and modernization across the agency. You will advise executive leadership on technology investments, risk management, and regulatory compliance while ensuring secure, reliable operations that align with mission and strategic goals.

The role requires extensive experience in IT leadership, cybersecurity, information governance, and disaster recovery, with the ability to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Engineering, or related field.
Eight (8) years of progressively responsible IT experience with leadership in technology operations, strategic planning, systems administration, cybersecurity, and complex projects.
Master’s degree preferred; certifications in CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CPHIMS, CHCIO, PMP, ITIL are desirable.

Responsibilities

Directs and oversees information technology resources and operations.
Develops a comprehensive technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Oversees cybersecurity governance, risk management, incident response, and security awareness.
Manages infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, and technology lifecycle.
Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and other laws; audit readiness.
Leads business continuity, disaster recovery, and digital transformation initiatives.
