About the Opportunity
The organization is seeking a Head of IT to lead and scale its technology systems, security posture, and infrastructure across multi-site clinical locations and corporate operations.
Inheriting systems from integrated organizations, this leader will own the entire external technology stack—including identity, endpoint devices, clinic networks, enterprise applications, and the electronic health record (EHR)—while collaborating closely with internal engineering on integrations with the core proprietary platform. Serving as the interim HIPAA Security Officer, the Head of IT will direct the security program, automate support workflows, consolidate redundant systems and vendors, and guide the safe adoption of AI across the enterprise.
