Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and public disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy and external financial narrative.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, rating agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Lead investor-facing communications, earnings materials, and investor engagements.
