Job summary

Pairs is hiring a leader to run the investor relations team. You’ll manage five IR associates, report to the founders, and ensure disciplined, high‑performing outreach to family offices and investors.

As a senior IR leader, you’ll keep a clear bar, weekly rhythms, and honest feedback. You’ll coach the team, maintain discretion, and drive the company’s capital raise efforts with strong CRM usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading investor relations or IR teams.
• Proven track record managing relationships with family offices, VCs, or growth funds.
• Strong communication and reporting to founders and stakeholders.
• Ability to coach and develop a team and maintain discipline in weekly cadences.

Responsibilities

• Lead five IR associates and manage their projects and results.
• Establish and maintain a weekly rhythm of reviews, 1:1s, and coaching.
• Ensure high-quality introductions and efficient execution of investor outreach.
• Monitor and report metrics: calls, pitches, and referrals to founders weekly.
• Collaborate with client success to keep capital raises progressing.
