The role leads the investor relations function, reports to the co-founders, and shapes a high-performing team. Expect remote work with US Eastern overlap and a compensation package of 200k–300k+ USD total annually, base plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Led a sales, BD, or investment team of five or more.
• Gives direct feedback and thinks in systems.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly CRM, win/loss, KPI reviews and one-on-ones.
• Coach calls and introductions, own network health, and remove constraints.
