Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals responsible for critical workflows supporting daily investment process.
• Oversee and manage critical investment initiatives from inception through implementation with stakeholders.
• Design and execute new and improved business workflows, implementing automated and AI-driven solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with internal groups and external parties to monitor and manage quality of investment operations.
• Oversee portfolio holdings data quality and reconciliation processes, and manage complex data issues.
• Manage futures and prime broker margin and cash management workflows.
