Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a senior leader to head Internal Audit operations, aligning strategy with board readiness and AI-enabled workflow transformation.

You’ll partner with IA leadership to turn priorities into scalable processes, measurable performance, and high-quality reporting that supports risk management and governance. In this role you’ll own the IA operating model, scorecards, and OKRs; supervise the annual planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution of audit

Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal audit, audit operations, strategy and operations, or governance; internal audit background required or strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating with executives.
• Strong analytical, reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IA operating model and strategic initiatives, including leadership cadence and continuous improvement roadmap.
• Own IA scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and OKRs to monitor performance and risks.
• Oversee Board materials preparation, pre-Board planning, and executive coordination to ensure timely delivery.
