Thomson Reuters is seeking a Manager, Internal Audit Transformation & Operations to lead the agile transformation program and operate the IA function’s backbone, including work allocation, resourcing, and capacity planning. Based in New York or Zug, you will drive sprint cadence and cross-functional delivery with a focus on speed and quality.

You will enable AI-enabled, data-driven audit workflows across engagements, forensics, and SOX/ICFR testing, while coaching teams and managing dependencies

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in risk consulting, internal audit, governance, risk, or compliance environments.
• Experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in transformation programs; SAFe or similar frameworks preferred.
• Proven track record managing multi-workstream programs with cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience with distributed teams across time zones.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder communication; ability to influence without authority.
• Strong data literacy; comfortable with dashboards and metrics to drive decisions.
• Curiosity for continuous improvement and removing obstacles for delivery teams.
• Familiarity with GRC technologies and enterprise data platforms.

• Own sprint rhythm, ceremonies, and backlog grooming across transformation workstreams.
• Manage operational mechanisms: work allocation, resourcing, capacity planning.
• Maintain transformation backlog with prioritization and scope discipline.
• Sequence pilots, manage dependencies, and escalate blockers early.
• Track velocity, burndown, and pilot health; report to leadership.
• Coach teams on agile principles and delivery discipline; foster psychological safety.
