Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a part-time Massage Therapist to deliver a range of massage techniques and bodywork for guests, aligning with Miraval standards and brand modalities. You will contribute to a nurturing guest experience and learn brand-specific treatments while maintaining professional interactions in a luxury spa.

The role requires current Texas massage therapy licensure, at least two years of spa experience, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within one

Qualifications

• Must hold current Texas State Massage Therapy license issued by TDLR.
• Minimum of two years of massage therapy experience at a resort/destination spa or day spa.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• CPR/First Aid certificate, or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire.
• Professional demeanor with focus on guest satisfaction in a luxury spa.
• Ability to perform a variety of services with efficient cycle times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver massage therapy and bodywork services per Miraval standards.
• Learn Miraval specific treatment modalities and product lines.
• Maintain a nurturing guest experience and manage time effectively.
• Provide professional communication and problem-solving in a luxury setting.
