Moog is seeking a Manager of Integration Engineering in Buffalo, NY. This hybrid role combines hands‑on technical work with people leadership, guiding a team to design, build, and operate enterprise integrations.

You will define patterns, maintain an up‑to‑date catalog, and align with stakeholders and IT teams while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s in CS/IS or related field, 6+ years in integration development, and 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on integration development experience with iPaaS, eQ, Azure Data Factory, and IBM MQ Series.
• 3+ years of leading highly technical engineering teams, including third-party staff augmentation.
• Experience with business stakeholder collaboration to gather requirements and communicate status.
• Strong troubleshooting across distributed, asynchronous, and batch integration patterns.
• Ability to build process and structure where none exists today.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership across integration platforms, including design/code reviews and escalations.
• Build and implement enterprise integration patterns with observability and monitoring by design.
• Maintain a complete inventory of integrations, including ownership and business criticality.
• Establish a consistent intake and prioritization process with a shared backlog.
• Serve as primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders and production support.
• Mentor developers, cross-train, and document runbooks to avoid single points of failure.
• Partner with the Integration Architect on strategy, modernization, and tooling decisions.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace/defense regulatory requirements (CMMC, ITAR, data handling, cybersecurity).
• Define SLAs/SLOs and implement incident response and alerts to monitor integration health.
