Job summary
Moog Inc. is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to drive architecture and delivery across AD, Windows Server, VMware, Citrix, and security. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in East Aurora, NY, with strong hands-on leadership and a focus on scalable infrastructure.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience, deep AD and Citrix expertise, and advanced automation skills. Exceptional communication and collaboration are expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
- 8+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure experience.
- Advanced AD engineering in global multi-domain environments.
- Citrix engineering for enterprise apps/desktops.
- Strong Windows Server and VMware expertise.
- Hands-on PowerShell automation and IaC tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap and engineering standards across Infrastructure.
- Set direction for Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware and Citrix.
- Lead architecture reviews, risk assessments and technical debt reduction.
- Provide senior escalation support for cross-platform issues and incidents.
- Mentor engineers and transfer knowledge to operations.
