Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain to lead manufacturing operations across multiple facilities in the Residential and Americas regions. You will set strategy, drive Lean initiatives, and oversee budgeting, capital planning, and talent development to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

You will report to the President of the Residential Business Unit with a matrix relationship to the Regional VP ISC Americas, guiding teams to sustain competitive

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing and operations in a Fortune 500 context.
• Ability to develop manufacturing strategies aligned with BU, regional and enterprise goals.
• Strong problem-solving and financial planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to ISC leadership and plant leadership teams to enable operations solutions.
• Provide oversight across multiple locations for Manufacturing, Materials, Planning, Quality, HR, Finance and EHS.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives using BOS, Kanban, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Direct annual operating plans, long-range forecasts and capital investments.
• Collaborate to align goals and drive talent development and engagement.
