Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a Director of Marketing US to lead the development and execution of the US promotional strategy across HCP channels, translating brand strategy and clinical data into compelling value stories while ensuring compliant, launch-ready plans.

You will drive cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal, oversee agency partnerships and budgets, and mentor a high-performing marketing team to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Strong scientific and commercial judgement to challenge the status quo.
• Leadership of launch HCP Promotion and Peer to Peer marketing.
• Experience translating complex clinical data into compelling value stories.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to US marketing vision and brand strategy across product lifecycle.
• Lead US pre-launch planning and launch readiness including positioning and messaging.
• Oversee peer-to-peer engagement strategies with key healthcare stakeholders.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, and Legal for compliant programs.
• Manage external agencies and marketing budgets with fiscal discipline.
• Provide senior marketing leadership input to US planning and growth decisions.
