Job summary

MoonLake seeks an experienced marketing leader to drive US strategy and execution for its biopharma portfolio, focusing on immunology and inflammatory disease indications. You will own pre-launch and launch planning, engage peers, and coordinate across Medical, Regulatory, Market Access and Legal teams.

You will manage agencies and marketing budgets, contribute to senior leadership discussions, and ensure promotional activities meet FDA requirements while leveraging customer and market insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 8+ years biopharma experience.
• Strong track record launching products and leading peer-to-peer strategies.
• Deep knowledge of FDA promotional governance and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pre-launch and launch plans.
• Oversee peer-to-peer engagement and field activities.
• Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access and Legal teams.
• Manage external agencies and marketing budgets.
• Contribute to senior leadership discussions and strategy.
