Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.
• Experience in data architecture and management.
• Proficiencies in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL, and database technologies.
• Continuous learner with industry knowledge and technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage data architecture projects and teams, aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and engineers to implement data solutions.
• Define data requirements and data strategies.
• Implement data governance and quality standards to maintain data integrity.
• Support development of data roadmaps and data standards alignment.
• Mentor junior staff in data architecture best practices.
• Contribute to data security efforts and regulatory compliance.
