Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in Power Generation, Controls, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership managing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Application Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales Engineering teams.
• Oversee technical sales support for dealers, national accounts, and end customers.
• Coordinate special engineering quotations and custom solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product Management to advocate for product enhancements.
