Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in power generation service operations or similar.
7+ years in progressive leadership managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Define and own the service operations strategy for dealers and customers.
Oversee 24/7 service operations for high-availability environments.
Lead field service, technical support, parts, training, and dealer enablement.
Establish governance, operating models, and performance frameworks.
Drive service reliability, speed-to-resolution, and cost efficiency across channels.
Partner with Product and Engineering to influence serviceability and lifecycle support.
