Job summary

Generac Power Systems is seeking a Power Solutions Manager to promote and support technical sales of Generac Industrial products, emphasizing Modular Power System solutions. You will train and assist on-site and remotely, collaborate with distributors and engineering firms, and relay customer insights to leadership.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus five years of technical sales experience or completion of our rotational program, with electrical/mechanical engineering

Qualifications

Five years of technical sales or sales support experience.
Electrical or mechanical engineering background.
Power generation or engine generator paralleling experience.

Responsibilities

Promote and provide technical onsite and remote sales support for Generac Industrial products with focus on Modular Power System solutions.
Conduct training seminars for the electrical engineering community using a pre-package curriculum.
Assist Direct-Sales Teams and Distributors on projects and work with electrical engineering and construction firms to specify and source Generac products.
Provide real-time voice-of-customer feedback to Sales Management and Product Management.
Occasional travel as required.
