Job summary

Rundoo, a fast‑g rowing US‑based tech company, is hiring a Manager, Implementation to lead the team delivering go‑live for new customers. You will own outcomes across staffing, process design, forecasting, and escalation, partnering with Sales, Product, and CX to ensure predictable ARR and client success. Chicago‑based, in‑office role preferred.

The position reports to GTM leadership and focuses on building scalable, client‑centered processes that enable reliable growth and hit its number.

Qualifications

• Chicago-based and able to work in an office at least four days per week.
• High‑accountability leadership style with a focus on team support.
• Experience leading an implementation, onboarding, professional services, customer success, or other post‑sale team with a measurable delivery or revenue target.
• A track record of helping a team consistently hit its number—not relying on one or two top performers.
• Strong operating discipline, including pipeline management, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance management.
• Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to deliver feedback that is both direct and actionable.
• Ability to navigate a fast-moving startup where processes must be built, simplified, and reinforced as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Implementation team to consistently achieve its ARR and go‑live goals, including during growth and ramp periods.
• Build a culture of winning and accountability with ambitious but realistic expectations.
• Allocate resources via a rules‑based process to balance capacity and coverage.
• Run pipeline reviews, Hit the Number meetings, and ongoing training to maintain performance.
• Design and enforce a client‑centered implementation process with clear exit criteria.
• Create a repeatable escalation playbook to empower managers and avoid heroics.
• Improve ARR forecasting and capacity planning for better resource planning.
• Coach team members with clear, actionable feedback grounded in impact.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience to improve handoffs and remove blockers.
