Job summary

Cydecor, Inc. seeks an experienced executive to lead its Communications Solutions Group (CSG), with full P&L responsibility for a ~$100M portfolio of SATCOM and terrestrial services for DoW and U.S. Space Force customers.

This role reports to the COO and drives contract performance, growth, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has proven executive leadership, deep defense communications knowledge, and a track record of retaining and expanding government contracts—plus strong financial

Qualifications

• Senior executive leadership experience in defense contracting or related industries.
• Proven track record managing large P&L portfolios.
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of the CSG portfolio, including P&L performance, budgets, forecasts, profitability, resource utilization, and risk management.
• Provide executive oversight of contract performance, ensuring operational excellence and favorable CPARS ratings.
• Establish and maintain relationships with senior government leaders and contracting organizations.
• Lead efforts to protect existing business through recompotes and pursue on-contract growth.
• Develop capture strategies and proposals in collaboration with Growth, Contracts, Finance, and technical leadership.
• Provide strategic direction on SATCOM and terrestrial communications to meet operational needs.
• Lead and develop program management and technical teams, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop partnerships with commercial SATCOM providers and industry partners.
