Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy, and execution plan for how customers update identity and demographic data across channels.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design simple, best-in-class update experiences.
• Build protections for high-risk updates to prevent account takeover.
• Create a roadmap to remediate inaccurate or missing identity data with proactive outreach.
• Balance security with a smooth customer experience and measure data quality improvements.
• Mentor and develop product managers and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Collaborate with technology, fraud, modeling, and operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define and track metrics for customer experience, data quality, and remediation outcomes.
• Establish data governance standards, policies, and controls for identity processes.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, policy, and audit requirements.
