Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Product Delivery Manager for Identity Access Management within the Chief Technology Office to shape and optimize how IAM products are delivered, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions.

You will lead end-to-end product life cycles, advocate for the voice of the customer, drive strategy, and collaborate to meet regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional user experiences across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain.
• Operational management and change readiness activities.
• Track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
• Data product or platform release management and deployment strategies.
• Experience with Databricks or data warehouse / lakehouse platforms.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering high value to customers with modern technology.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to inform the roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Leads end-to-end product delivery including intake, releases, and coordination.
• Tracks key metrics such as cost, functionality, risk, and reliability.
• Drives change management across partners ensuring compliance and controls.
• Manages timelines and dependencies, escalating blockers and ensuring resources.
• Advocates for seamless, secure customer experiences with strong security.
• Leads product health reviews and metric reporting around platform performance.
