Job summary

Oracle in the United States is seeking an accomplished leader to drive one or more Network Engineering teams responsible for hyperscale L3/L4 networking and cloud connectivity. You will define strategic and tactical plans, manage budgets, and oversee a mix of Network Engineers and Network Hardware Engineers to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-efficient services at scale.

Qualifications

• Defines multi-quarter architecture roadmap for DC fabrics, routing policy, IPv6 strategy and traffic engineering.
• Leads cross-team design reviews and modernization programs; enforces MOP/rollback and verification standards.
• Standardizes VPC/VCN topologies, transit/peering, PrivateLink/service endpoints, NAT, and inter-/multi-cloud connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Defines multi-quarter architecture roadmap for DC fabrics, routing policy and traffic engineering across regions.
• Leads cross-team design reviews and modernization programs with standards enforcement.
• Cordinates platform/tooling investments; tracks DORA metrics across teams.
• Sets SLI/SLO policy for telemetry pipelines to support reliability, capacity, and security analytics.
