Job summary

Oracle is seeking a senior Network Engineering leader to drive L3/L4 networking and cloud connectivity across multiple regions. You will define tactical and strategic plans, lead cross-team reviews, and manage budgets while delivering reliable, secure, and cost-efficient services at scale.

You will oversee planning, collaboration, and automation initiatives, champion IaC and CI/CD, and guide incident response with emphasis on reliability and security, reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Supply chain planning and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Defines multi-quarter architecture roadmap for DC fabrics, routing policy, IPv6 strategy, failure domains, and traffic engineering across regions.
• Cloud Networking implementation and operations: standardizes VPC/VCN topologies, transit/peering, PrivateLink/service endpoints, NAT, and inter-/multi-cloud connectivity.
• Network security controls and compliance guardrails: embeds zero-trust segmentation and policy frameworks; leads audit readiness and risk reduction programs.
• Automation, CI/CD, and IaC: IoC modules, GitOps; promotes safe deployment patterns and governance.
