Job summary

Professional Employment Group of Colorado is seeking a dynamic leader to build the HVAC Division from the ground up. You will operate as a General Manager, driving strategy, business development, and P&L responsibility across plumbing and mechanical contracting activities.

The ideal candidate will bring significant field, operations, and financial leadership, with a proven track record in leading trades teams, managing budgets, and reading construction plans.

We are looking for someone who thinks like a General Manager, operator, and builder, not simply a department manager. This person will build the HVAC Division from the ground up.

• Mechanical Operations Manager


• Senior Plumbing Superintendent with substantial business responsibility


• Business Unit Manager

• Senior Project/Operations Leader ready to take full P&L responsibility


• The title matters less than the experience.

Required

• Significant experience in plumbing, HVAC, mechanical contracting, or a related skilled-trades business.
