Job summary

Wing is seeking a Head of HRBP, Technology to partner with executive leaders and scale a high-growth tech organization in Palo Alto. This onsite role blends strategic design with hands-on execution to shape culture, talent and organizational capability across Engineering, Manufacturing Operations and Autonomous Systems.

You will proactively advise C-suite on structure, talent strategy, and development pathways to build high-performance teams and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of strategic HR experience in tech, logistics or hardware.
• Strong track record advising senior leaders on talent strategies.
• Experience leading workforce planning and org redesigns.

Responsibilities

• Advise c-suite on organizational design and talent strategy.
• Develop and grow high-performance engineering and operations teams.
• Lead design of accountability, management and execution standards.
• Oversee compensation reviews, talent calibrations and succession planning.
• Manage sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and empathy.
• Champion Wing culture and monitor engagement and retention metrics.
• Directly mentor a small team of HRBPs and elevate HR capabilities.
