Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Director- HR Transformation, Change & Adoption to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across the United States and India. You will drive workforce capability, adoption, and human-centered AI-enabled changes that accelerate business outcomes while shaping employee experiences.

You will partner with senior executives to turn strategic vision into scalable actions, aligning people, processes, and technology for a cohesive transformation at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OD/HR/business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive change management experience.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams (US and India).
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled solutions and content personalization.
• Background in Learning & Organizational Development and leadership development.
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent certification.
• Outstanding executive communication and storytelling skills.

• Use data to refine adoption and behavior change strategies.
• Design and deliver immersive, learner-centered employee experiences.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and scaling successful approaches.
• Embed capability building and leadership readiness across transformations.
• Translate strategy into actionable pathways for leaders and teams.
• Equip executives to sponsor and model change.
