Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to partner with the CEO and leadership team in shaping the company’s people strategy. This executive will lead talent acquisition, engagement, development, and compensation across multiple manufacturing sites.

The role drives workforce planning, organizational design, and change management to enable growth, safety, and operational excellence. Strong industry knowledge and an ability to influence executives are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience, including senior HR leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to build organizational capability and drive business performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management.
• Lead change management initiatives associated with growth, acquisitions, operational improvements, and organizational transformation.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract and retain high-performing talent across manufacturing, operations, engineering, sales, and corporate functions.
