Job summary

A globally reputable law firm is seeking a Head of HR Systems to lead all HR technology initiatives, including implementing Workday HCM. You will collaborate with HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and other business stakeholders to develop a long-term HRIS strategy and scale systems for growth.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience with HR systems, strong PM skills, and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience working with HR systems.
• Hands-on leader capable of collaborating with HR, Benefits, Payroll and other stakeholders.
• Experience with ATS and HCM technology such as Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, Taleo, or Oracle HCM is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive a long-term HRIS strategy and road map for HCM modules.
• Lead evaluation of new HR technology and manage multiple initiatives to completion.
