Job summary

Ford is seeking a Director of HR Business Partner to lead people strategy and HR delivery for an organization within Ford. You will partner across HR to drive scalable programs, translate business objectives into execution, and support leadership teams in achieving results in a dynamic environment.

The role requires building and evolving people programs, workforce planning, and talent management, with in-person work at the Dearborn, MI headquarters at least four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree or 10 years with a Bachelor's degree
• Willingness to work in person at Ford's Dearborn, MI headquarters at least four days per week

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the organization's HR strategy and overall HR program delivery
• Drive the organization and HR strategy toward a culture of excellence and organizational change
• Consult with senior business leaders to enhance organizational design & effectiveness and drive employee engagement
• Translate company-wide objectives into tailored strategies for the organization, leaders, and employees
• Lead large-scale change management planning and execution impacting hundreds to thousands of employees
• Develop and implement organization-specific people and workforce plans aligning talent with business needs
• Own accountability for execution of the talent management lifecycle
• May include people leadership to a team of HR Business Partners
