Position Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager who’s ready to take the lead across all HR operations for a vibrant team of 150+ employees, including full‑time, part‑time, and seasonal agricultural staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Oversee seasonal hiring cycles and workforce planning to meet production needs.
• Ensure compliance with California labor laws, OSHA, and agricultural employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records, oversee payroll coordination, and manage benefits administration.
• Foster a positive workplace culture grounded in communication, safety, and teamwork.
• Coach managers and supervisors in leadership, employee management, and conflict resolution.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational growth.
• Handle investigations, disciplinary actions, and confidential employee matters.
• Drive employee retention and engagement initiatives across diverse teams.
