Outrigger Resorts & Hotels is seeking a results‑oriented leader to manage housekeeping, pool, and public area operations at our Hawai‘i properties. You will drive service quality while controlling costs and ensuring safety standards across multiple areas.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Travel Industry Management or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of supervisory housekeeping experience. Competitive salary with strong benefits and growth opportunities within the Outrigger family.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 3+ years supervisory and operational housekeeping experience.
• Experience managing housekeeping, pool and public area operations preferred.
• Strong administrative skills for scheduling, payroll, and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, pool and public area operations to ensure quality guest services.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to implement housekeeping maintenance and quality control programs.
• Assist with property inspections and safety compliance.
• Perform administrative duties including scheduling, payroll documentation, duty assignments, occupancy forecasts, linen inventories, and evaluations.
