Job summary

Outrigger Hospitality Group in Lahaina, Hawaii, is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Supervisor who can lead the unit, ensure cleanliness, and deliver top‑notch guest service while staying within budget. The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work any day or shift.

Base pay starts at $61,000–$65,000 annually with potential for higher based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' housekeeping supervisory experience, hotel managerial experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing to employees, internal and external associates and guests.
• Must be flexible to work any day and shift.

• Manages and supervises the Housekeeping Department ensuring a commitment to cleanliness throughout our units, quality guest services and maintain inventory while working within our budget.
