You will manage budgeting, scheduling, staff development, and cross-department collaboration, with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in hospitality, including 3+ years in housekeeping management.
• Experience managing in-house laundry operations.
• Thorough knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations and job requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with other department leaders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor staff workload to meet cleanliness standards.
• Develop housekeeping and laundry budget.
• Implement controls for expense management.
• Schedule labor to match occupancy, events, and activity.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff; handle discipline when needed.
• Provide clear direction to staff verbally and in writing.
• Interact with guests and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and quality.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and OSHA requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
