Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong communication skills with clear direction.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining luxury standards.
• Proven leadership with ability to motivate and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all housekeeping operations across The Estate and residences.
• Develop goals, SOPs, training, and quality standards to support excellence.
• Ensure VIP accommodations are meticulously prepared and aligned with guest preferences.
• Collaborate with Hotel Manager and department leaders to optimize daily operations.
• Train and develop leaders, fostering engagement and accountability.
• Monitor guest feedback and quality audits; drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgets, labor management, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Lead planning for special projects, deep cleaning, and renovations with Engineering.
