Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in housekeeping or hotel operations, with supervisory experience.
• Experience in luxury hotel operations preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service focus.
• Familiarity with hotel management software/PMS

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure top cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate room cleaning schedules and inspections.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and training programs.
