Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Collection, in Austin, TX, seeks a Director of Housekeeping to lead all housekeeping operations across the estate, ensuring the highest luxury standards for rooms, residences, and public spaces.

You will mentor a high-performing team, shape departmental strategy, manage budgets, and collaborate with hotel leadership to elevate guest experiences while upholding Auberge Collection’s heritage and service excellence.

Formación

• 3-5 years of progressive housekeeping leadership in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Clear, concise, and professional communication.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in luxury hospitality.
• Proven leadership to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with budgeting, labor management, inventory control, and operational planning.
• Proficiency with property management systems and housekeeping technology.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for all housekeeping operations across the Estate, ensuring luxury standards are met.
• Develop departmental goals, SOPs, training programs, and quality standards.
• Ensure guest rooms, residences, and spaces are prepared to luxury specifications for VIP arrivals.
• Collaborate with Hotel Manager and department leaders to optimize daily operations and guest experience.
• Coach and develop leaders and team members, fostering engagement and accountability.
• Monitor guest feedback and quality audits to drive continuous improvement in cleanliness and service.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing plans, and resource allocation to meet occupancy needs.
• Manage relationships with vendors, inventories, and maintenance coordinating with Engineering.
