ISH Dining Services seeks a dedicated Supervisor to lead the housekeeping and laundry departments within a healthcare setting. You will oversee planning, organization, development, and direction of daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and speaking English are essential.
• Experience in Environmental Services is preferred; on-site training provided.
• Ability to follow oral, written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilités

• Maintains supplies and materials in sufficient quantity.
• Supervises and develops staff competencies through on the job training.
• Orients new personnel to policies and procedures.
• Keeps staff and time schedules and required documentation up to date.
• Attends daily administrative meetings and relays information to staff.
