Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in housekeeping or hotel operations required.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, labor costs, inventories, and quality‑assurance standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assists with developing and managing the department's annual budget.
• Establishes and maintains cost-control systems for labor, linen, supplies, equipment, and other expenses.
• Schedules team members according to labor standards, occupancy, and needs.
• Maintains guest-room quality in line with brand standards and CARE Program.
• Inspects rooms, public areas, restrooms, storage areas, and laundry facilities.
• Coordinates with Engineering to address maintenance needs and keep areas in good condition.
• Responds to guest concerns promptly and takes appropriate action for satisfaction and service recovery.
• Maintains accurate records and prepares operational, financial, and performance reports.
