Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead the housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and cost controls across the resort. You will manage schedules, inventories, and payroll while coordinating closely with Front Office and Engineering.

The role demands strong leadership to maintain Omni standards and deliver a superior guest experience at our historic resort in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Inspect VIP rooms daily.
• Monitor guest complaints and take corrective action.
• Maintain payroll information for housekeeping and laundry.
• Develop cleaning schedules and monitor supplies.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service and respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Resolve guest problems while maintaining guest relationships and hospitality.
• Ensure energy conservation and cost controls.
• Maintain housekeeping cleanliness and turnover targets.
• Coordinate issuance of uniforms and key control for staff.
