Job summary

Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa seeks an Overnight Housekeeping & Stewarding Supervisor to manage the overnight departments, ensuring cleanliness and safety across all public areas, back-of-house spaces, and kitchens.

The role leads overnight teams, assigns tasks, coordinates deep cleaning, and maintains sanitation standards to prepare for the next day’s operations. Strong leadership and guest-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in Housekeeping, Stewarding, or hotel operations required.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the overnight Housekeeping and Stewarding teams.
• Assign and prioritize nightly work assignments, projects, and deep cleaning schedules.
• Inspect public areas, meeting spaces, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure overnight cleaning projects meet department standards and timelines.
• Monitor floor and carpet care, sanitation projects, and public space maintenance.
• Maintain supply closets and storage areas, ensuring stock and organization.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and safety concerns through the work order system.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards in food/beverage prep and storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with resort, OSHA, and health regulations.
• Coach and develop associates, upholding policies and procedures.
