Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper in Orlando to lead housekeeping and laundry operations, manage staff, and control budgets. You will ensure cleanliness standards across guestrooms and public areas while coordinating with other departments to deliver high service levels.

The role requires 5+ years in housekeeping management, strong budgeting, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience in housekeeping, including leadership over staff.
• Thorough knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Ability to work with other department leaders and resolve conflicts.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor staff workload to meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Develop housekeeping and laundry budgets and expense controls.
• Conduct periodic inventory of guest supplies, equipment, and linen.
• Schedule labor to match forecasted occupancy, events, and activities.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff; address performance issues.
• Communicate directions clearly to staff and interact with guests to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance for rehab and preventive programs.
• Ensure SOPs and policies are followed and OSHA requirements met.
