Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a seasoned Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations across our Indianapolis properties, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards. You will lead, mentor, and develop the housekeeping team, driving efficiency and guest satisfaction.

You will implement cost-control processes, manage budgets and labor, and collaborate with other departments to maintain brand standards and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, and cost controls.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and motivate a high-performing housekeeping team.
• Detail-oriented with focus on cleanliness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and team spaces.
• Lead, mentor, and develop housekeeping staff including hiring and training.
• Implement operational processes to control expenses and labor productivity.
• Conduct inspections to uphold brand standards and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
