Job summary

HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton Indianapolis. You will oversee daily cleaning operations, supervise Room Attendants, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards.

This role emphasizes staff training, accurate occupancy communication, inventory control, and resolving guest concerns efficiently to support a positive guest experience and smooth hotel operations. Evening shift, full-time; background check required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping staff or training teams.
• Familiarity with inventory management and room inspections.
• Knowledge of guest service protocols and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assign work to Room Attendants and train staff in duties.
• Maintain accurate room occupancy records and report status.
• Address and resolve guest complaints about housekeeping.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies and replacements.
• Inspect carpets, drapes, and furniture for issues.
• Monitor linen and supply inventories and stock levels.
• Assist in budget control through staff resource usage.
• Record inspection results and notify staff of deficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to key control policies and procedures.
• Greet guests warmly to support a positive experience.
