Job summary

TownePlace Suites Miami Kendall West is seeking a Chief Engineer to direct all engineering operations, including preventive maintenance, energy management, asset protection, and emergency programs. You will lead the engineering staff, manage budgeting, and ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.

This role requires a track record in building management, strong leadership, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in building management/engineering.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience in a role with budgeting and vendor management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all facets of Engineering, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulations.
• Lead the engineering staff, manage budgeting, asset protection, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Inspect facilities, coordinate safety programs, and oversee emergency response procedures.
• Collaborate with General Manager and other departments to optimize operations and guest satisfaction.
