Job summary

Corewell Health in Dearborn seeks a Senior Operations Leader to plan, organize, and direct Support Services operations across multiple sites, including ambulatory locations. You will oversee environmental and nutrition services, drive quality, compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality care experiences.

The role emphasizes staff development, policy design, and cross-department coordination to support patient, visitor and employee needs in a complex healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years leading environmental service or nutrition services teams in health care.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• CDM certification or CBDM certification is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign and distribute work among department staff; ensure timely completion.
• Establish and measure quality standards for designated services and programs.
• Coordinate nutrition services: menus, purchasing, storage, preparation methods, meal service.
• Design and maintain policies reflecting regulatory guidelines.
• Inspect and maintain environmental services, supplies and equipment.
• Provide training and development for employees; oversee performance and actions.
• Develop and manage departmental annual operating budgets within guidelines.
