Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking an experienced leader to direct Support Services operations across multiple locations, including ambulatory sites in the Taylor area. You will drive quality standards, collaborate with departments, and ensure high-quality services for patients, visitors, and staff.

The role requires managing nutrition and environmental services, implementing policies, and leading budgeted operations with strong regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Healthcare Management, Business or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience Leading an environmental service and/or nutrition services team in the health care industry.
• Supervisory experience required.
• CRT-Dietary Manager certification (CDM) preferred; CBDM/JCP or related credentials may be recognized.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes and directs the operations of Support Services departments at multiple locations.
• Establishes and communicates quality standards for designated services and programs.
• Directs Nutrition Services operations including menu coordination, purchasing, storage and meal service in line with HACCP and regulations.
• Designs and maintains policies and procedures reflecting compliance with guidelines.
• Oversees Environmental Services and facility condition improvements and supply management.
• Leads training and development of staff; provides direction and performance management.
• Manages departmental annual operating budgets within guidelines.
