Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of team members to ensure policy compliance.
• Suggest policy changes and contribute to goals.
• Assist in staff scheduling to meet operational needs and control overtime.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees; address issues and disciplinary actions.
• Act as a customer advocate, communicating service issues to customers, staff, and management.
• Support data collection and analysis to develop action plans for area of responsibility.
