Job summary

Corewell Health seeks an experienced Support Services leader to plan, organize and direct operations across multiple locations, including ambulatory sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery for patients, visitors, and staff.

The role oversees Nutrition Services and Environmental Services, manages budgets, quality initiatives and compliance, and collaborates with key stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Healthcare Management, Business or related field; 5 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory experience in environmental and/or nutrition services in healthcare.
• CRT-Dietary Manager, Certified (CDM) or CBDM preferred; RNCs experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manages scheduling, assignment and distribution of work across departments.
• Ensures department work assignments are completed accurately and timely; establishes quality standards.
• Oversees Nutrition Services operations including menu planning, procurement, storage and service in line with guidelines.
• Develops and maintains annual operating budgets and allocates resources for efficiency.
