Zusammenfassung

The Nabo Group is seeking a Director of Accounting to lead the accounting function across seven regional markets. You will own daily operations, the monthly close, internal controls, and data integrity for HOA and association portfolios while building a high-performing accounting team.

You will partner with leadership to deliver accurate board financial packages, manage audits and tax filings, and optimize CINC financial workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years leading managers, not only individual contributors.
• 7+ years accounting, including 3+ years in community association management.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-person accounting teams during organizational change or growth.
• Knowledge of HOA/condo accounting, association management contracts, and compliance standards.
• Experience operating within EOS/Traction or a comparable operating framework is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead remediation of accounting deficiencies with documented fixes and closure.
• Own accounting operations across G/L, AR/AP, cash flow, and monthly close.
• Establish and enforce internal controls and segregation of duties to safeguard assets.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close; ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Coordinate audits, reviews, and association tax filings.
• Oversee AR/AP across all associations; ensure timely collections and disbursements.
• Manage billing processes for clients and track project revenue.
• Drive CINC Systems ownership: AR/AP, budgeting, reconciliation, and reporting.
